Time Change for Ericsson KS096 & KS022

Go to main display telephone - usually extension 20.

Leave handset on phone

Press Hld/Reg, then "2"

The current time is displayed

Change the time using keypad, both hours & minutes

Press Hld/Reg

 

 

Time and Date Change for LG ARIA

Press TRANS/PGM button

Dial #1

Enter date + time + *, or * + time

Enter as YYMMDDHHMM

Press HOLD/SAVE button.

 

 

Time and Date Change for
NEC - DK616, DK824, NDK9000, Xen Alpha, Axis, Master, IPK

To set the Clock/Calendar from a Multiline Terminal with an LCD connected to Port 01 or 02.

To be done from extension 100 or Port 01 or 02. To find these Ports, press Feature 4 on an idle handset.

Press FEATURE

Dial 9

Dial #

Dial current time eg: 0 3 : 2 9 Note: If only setting the time, Press FEATURE after making the changes

Press RECALL to toggle AM/PM

Press HOLD to advance to the calendar

Press RECALL to select the day of the week

Press # to move the cursor to the day of month setting

Enter the day by using the dial pad

Press RECALL to select the month

Press # to move cursor to the year setting

Enter the year by using the dial pad (only the last two digits are entered)

Press FEATURE

 

 

Voicemail Time Change
NEC - DK616, DK824, NDK9000, Xen Alpha, Axis, Master, IPK

The following applies only to an extension that is assigned the Voicemail System Manager (generally the reception phone)

Note: Soft keys are found under LCD screen - triangle in shape

Call voicemail (eg dial extn 200)

Select MORE Options (Soft key 4)

Select MGR Options (Soft key 2)

Select SCHED Option (Soft key 3)

Follow voice prompts

 

 

Time Change for NEC XEN TOPAZ

Must be carried out at main reception handset

PRESS SPK 828

+ HOUR

+ MINUTES

PRESS SPK

NOTE: ENTER IN 24 HOUR TIME

The time can be changed from system manager phone
(generally the reception phone)

Do not lift the handset

Press the "PROGRAM" button

Dial * * 1234

Dial 0 0 0

Press "NEXT" three times (shown on your display with the correlating button below)

Change the time (using keypad)

Press the AUTODIAL /STORE button

Lift handset & hang up

Dial 0 0 0

"ENTER" + "NEXT"

Change the time (using keypad)
